Quick money syndrome force you to be emotional and unaware about the current situation and you get freeze, your thinking stops and you surrender everything. In it works even though you have committed and promised to yourself.
How it traps us for a trader/investor?
Waiting market to open,
9:15 AM: sudden moves, next we feel and tempt to catch those moves.
9:30 Am: market goes against you
9:.35 MTM showing loss and increasing
9:40 Am – once small reversal force you to average and you start to think that now market will reverse and you MTM will be green
9:40 AM hope of reversal adding more and more to loosing position
10:00 AM god please bring market to my cost and I will exit
11:00 AM Market comes to your price and now QMS comes and it should go up now, only 5 points then exit.
Price takes rejection and goes down instead of reducing position size, increasing position so that quick exit can be made.
Whole capital is at risk and 2 case happens::
- Please god bring price to entry I will exit and once price comes you exit, no profit no loss despite that whole capital was at risk.
- Market goes completely against you and you loose all your capital.
- market goes in favor of your entry however due to high size and fear you do not take good profit but exit at cost or a very little profit because that time all rules comes in mind–like NO BIG SIZE, NO OVERTRADE
After all hose pose if you could exit at cost or at little profit then:
Again start the same process of above and whole life caught into this vicious syndrome.
