We all go through tough phases in life and also in market. Most time it gets so long that we are unable to understand how to control the emotions we face and suffer continuously.
Actually we never want to take the responsibility in the life and so in the market. Here we must understand unless we understand our emotions and controlling mindset which has been governing our life till now must be changed ASAP.

Take onus of all your failures in the life and do not try to get rid a once but slowly.
